Led by President, Entomologist and third generation owner Jeff Bain, our team prides itself on leadership and customer care. Bain Pest Control Service has more than five degreed technical specialists, one of whom is a nationally recognized expert in pest management. Many hold advanced degrees in entomology, environmental science and other pest-related disciplines.
is a veteran in the pest management industry. He is the grandson of Abraham Bain, the founder of Bain Pest Control Service in 1926. Jeffrey graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Entomology in 1981, at which time his career started at Bain Pest Control, working his way up the ranks where he is currently president of the company.
Jeffrey was recognized in 1983 as one of the youngest Board Certified Entomologists and in 1989 became a member of Phi Chi Omega a professional fraternity devoted to the advancement of structural pest control. Over the years, Jeff has been actively involved in the National Pest Management Association as well as a past board member of the New England Pest Management Association.
Jeff and his wife Judy have three sons, one of whom attends college and the other two who are enjoying success in their respective fields.

has been serving the Pest management Industry for over 40 years. He began his career in pest control at JP Pest Services working as a termite control technician. Upon graduation from North Carolina State University he managed a pest control route in Western, New Hampshire. After years of service and numerous promotions he was promoted to the position of General Manager.
In 1989 Scott started a company known as Northeast Pest Control providing pest and termite control services in New Hampshire. In 1994 Scott joined the Bain Pest Control team as their primary New Hampshire sales associate. Today, Scott is the Vice President of Operations for Bain Pest Control Service, overseeing all daily activities. Scott continues to be active in the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) as well as the New England Pest Management Association (NEPMA). He is a well respected individual within the company and in the business community.
He enjoys his family and loves spending time with his 4 Granddaughters. Scott is also an avid golfer.

has been in the pest management industry for almost 20 years. Mike started his career as a termite control specialist while he was studying Environmental Science at UMASS Lowell. Upon graduation, Mike was hired as the Termite Division Supervisor and Area Sales Representative. He was soon promoted to Termite Division Manager. In 2006, Mike was promoted again to Assistant Vice President.
Mike’s primary responsibilities include operations, industry compliance, training and sales while overseeing Bain’s Termite and Bed Bug Divisions. Mike developed and implemented Bain’s bed bug service protocol through his extensive field work and close working relationships with leading industry experts. He also provides informational seminars on bed bug awareness and control. Mike is also responsible for many of Bain Pest Control Services certifications including BedbugFREE, Quality Pro, Green Pro, Quality Pro Schools and Bain’s inclusion on the Massachusetts Approved Vendors List.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids while actively participating in the Tyngsboro Youth Softball, Soccer and Basketball programs. He is also avid golfer and hockey player.

began his career with Bain Pest Control Services in February 2002 as a Sales Associate bringing with him many years of sales experience. Since then he has gained recognition by the State of New Hampshire as an F1 Pest Control Operator, is Sentricon certified and has received the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources Pesticide certification. He is Integrated Pest Management certified as well as being trained in Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) technology.
During Chris’ years with Bain Pest Control he developed many training seminars to educate our customer base (both Residential and Commercial) regarding Pest Control issues and treatment schemes. Because of his extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of Termite Control and Bedbug Treatments in particular and his attention to detail, Chris was promoted in March 2013 to Director of Quality Care. In this position he is responsible for the management and further evolution of Bain’s “We Care” program dedicated to providing the highest professional level of pest control services.
Chris is a devoted husband and a father to a three year old daughter who keeps him very active in his home life. On another personal note, Chris loves to watch and play hockey.
